ZAZEN BAREFOOT BLISS PROGRAM

 

The Barefoot Bliss program combines exercises from Pilates, the Feldenkrais Method, Body Rolling, and physical therapy to give your feet the best possible workout. By awakening the neuromuscular connections all the way into the toes, you will facilitate these connections throughout the entire body.

Start on the right foot program   (5 week program)

Includes:

1 hour assessment:
Leg and foot alignment analysis
Foot-ankle-knee-hip movement analysis
Pilates footwork on Reformer for client’s specific needs
Introduction to muscle release and bone stimulation for the foot
Program of exercises pertaining to the client’s foot needs

3 x 30 minute trainings
30 minutes with the trainer on a weekly basis for 3 weeks
Reformer and other apparatus to strengthen and realign foot and legs
Outline of 30-minute solo for homework

Wings on one’s feet program   (30 minute solo)

Comes with: Reformer for footwork, Wakers & Savers, Bosu, foam roller
