Yamuna Body Rolling (YBR) is a revolutionary approach to health and fitness which uses specially designed 4 – 6 inch balls to strengthen, lengthen and release muscles at the same time. 
Yamuna Body Rolling reeducates muscles and stimulates bone, creating positive and permanent changes in the body.  By lying over the ball, you literally roll your body out almost like dough, stretching and elongating your muscles. The YBR routines follow specific sequences that match the body's own logic and order. Starting where each muscle begins, at its origin, you roll toward where it attaches to the point called its insertion. Unlike other ball exercises, YBR goes far beyond random movement and stretch. It allows you to work specific muscles in detail, to create suppleness in tight areas and optimize range of motion.  It has proven to be effective also in managing pain in the body and through Yamuna’s own experience, the rehabilitation of injury.  YBR is an excellent method for all populations including those with fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis and structural problems.
